The best waterfall enrichment tools for B2B GTM teams (2026)

Waterfall enrichment tools ask data providers in turn, and the best one depends on what happens after the find. OXYGEN chains 17 email and 13 phone providers. It sends leads into email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences and a built-in CRM, from $49 a month. Clay suits GTM engineers building custom flows. BetterContact and FullEnrich find emails and mobiles for less, and AI agents call Deepline and pipe0 through an API or MCP server.

What is waterfall enrichment, and what should you compare?

Waterfall enrichment is how a data enrichment tool combines vendors for more coverage. It asks providers in turn and stops at the first one that returns the work email or mobile number you need. Check five things. How many providers does it chain? What does a found email or mobile cost? Is a miss free? Can your AI agent call it? And does the lead go straight into a sequence and a CRM, or out to other tools?

1.OXYGEN Agentic marketing and sales platform

Best for: B2B GTM teams that want the emails they find to go straight into email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences and a CRM.

OXYGEN chains 17 email and 13 phone providers, cheaper ones first, each charging only when it finds the value. The leads it finds then go from the same table into a sequence of email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps. It stops when they reply on any channel, and the reply lands on their CRM record. Your team works in the web app, or your AI agent runs the same steps through the MCP server or CLI.

Strengths

  • Found leads go straight from the table into email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences, with no export or sync.
  • LinkedIn runs in the cloud with no browser extension, at $34 a month per account and no seat per user.
  • Each value records the provider that found it, and a free preview quotes the cost before a run, under a credit ceiling you set.

Watch out for

  • A found value costs more than at the specialists: about $0.085 an email and $0.99 a mobile, on average.
  • No contact database of its own: leads come from data providers on credits.
Starts at
Free plan; paid from $49 a month
Pick it if
The team that finds the leads also sends the sequences, and you want both and the CRM in one place.
Pick something else if
You only need the cheapest emails and mobiles, or a contact database inside the tool.

2.Clay GTM data platform with waterfalls

Best for: GTM engineers who build custom enrichment flows across many data sources.

Clay builds waterfalls from 150+ data providers, on Clay's data credits or your own keys, on every plan. An email costs about 1 data credit and a phone number about 5. Coding agents such as Claude Code use its CLI and API on every plan, and reps use its MCP server. Clay sends email through Sequencer, built on Smartlead, from its Launch plan. LinkedIn steps go to partner tools such as HeyReach, each on its own plan.

Strengths

  • Waterfalls on every plan, Free included, on Clay's data credits or your own provider keys.
  • A CLI and API for coding agents such as Claude Code on every plan, and an MCP server for reps.
  • An email Sequencer from Launch, with warm-up and a stop on reply.

Watch out for

  • Two meters to plan for, actions and data credits, and phone lookups start on paid plans.
  • Sequencer sends email only, in campaigns of up to 4 steps; LinkedIn needs a partner tool with its own price.
Starts at
Free; Launch $185 a month ($167 billed yearly)
Pick it if
You have a GTM engineer and want custom flows across many data sources.
Pick something else if
Your sales team, not an engineer, runs the work, or you want LinkedIn in the same sequence.

3.BetterContact Waterfall enrichment for emails and mobiles

Best for: Teams that want a low entry price on a verified email and mobile waterfall, and send from another tool.

BetterContact runs a waterfall across 20+ data sources for work emails and mobile numbers, and verifies each result. It charges only when valid data is found: 1 credit per email and 10 per mobile. It does not send. Results reach your other tools through 28 native integrations and a REST API. They include HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay and Zapier, plus lemlist, Smartlead and Instantly for sequences. OXYGEN also calls BetterContact as the last step of its own email and mobile chains.

Strengths

  • Charged only when valid data is found, with verification included in the credit.
  • 20+ data sources in one waterfall, and 50 free credits to try it.
  • 28 native integrations and a REST API, including HubSpot, Clay, Make and Zapier.

Watch out for

  • Enrichment only: the sequences and the CRM run in other tools.
Starts at
50 free credits; Starter $15 a month for 200
Pick it if
You need verified emails and mobiles at a low price and already run a sequencer and a CRM.
Pick something else if

4.FullEnrich Waterfall enrichment for emails and mobiles

Best for: Teams that call prospects and need verified mobile numbers as much as emails, with unlimited users.

FullEnrich runs a waterfall across 25+ sources for work emails, personal emails and mobile numbers, verifies what it finds and charges nothing for a miss. A work email costs 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile 10. Every plan has unlimited users, and it reaches your tools through a HubSpot integration, an API, an MCP server and Zapier, Make or Clay. It does not send sequences. OXYGEN can also call FullEnrich on your own FullEnrich key.

Strengths

  • 25+ sources in one waterfall, verified, with no charge when nothing is found.
  • Unlimited users on every plan; unused credits roll over for 3 months on monthly plans.
  • An API, an MCP server and a HubSpot integration that pushes contacts and companies.

Watch out for

  • Enrichment only: the sequences and the CRM run in other tools.
  • Your own provider keys need the Enterprise plan.

You call prospects and want a specialist for mobile numbers.

You want found leads to go into sequences without an export.

5.Deepline GTM data API and CLI for coding agents

Best for: GTM engineers whose coding agent runs enrichment from Claude Code, and who want to pay per use with no platform fee.

Deepline routes enrichment across data providers for your own AI agent: a Claude Code plugin and CLI, a remote MCP server and an API. Its email rate card lists 13 email finders, and its pricing page lists email finding from $0.014. Pay as you go has no platform fee, and 10 credits cost $1. It writes to HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio and adds leads to Instantly, Smartlead, lemlist or HeyReach campaigns, so the sending stays in those tools.

Strengths

  • A Claude Code plugin and CLI, a remote MCP server and an API, all on the same saved workflows and data.
  • Pay as you go with no platform fee, card or minimum; 10 credits cost $1.
  • Your own provider keys at no markup, with 50K own-key calls a month on Pay as you go.

Watch out for

  • A waterfall miss can still cost credits on Deepline's account when an upstream provider bills the attempt.
  • No sending of its own: the sequences run in the sequencer you connect.
Starts at
Pay as you go: $0 a month plus usage; Growth $395 a month plus usage
Pick it if
Your coding agent runs your GTM data work and you want to pay per lookup with no plan.
Pick something else if
You want a miss that never costs credits, or the sequences and the CRM in the same tool.

Waterfall enrichment tools FAQ

What is waterfall enrichment?

Waterfall enrichment asks data providers in order until one returns the value you need, such as a work email or a mobile number, then stops. Each extra provider covers companies and regions the others miss, so a waterfall finds more than any single source. All six data enrichment tools on this list combine vendors this way, and the order of the providers decides what you pay.

Which waterfall enrichment tools work as an API or MCP server for AI agents?

OXYGEN, Clay, FullEnrich, Deepline and pipe0 offer an MCP server, which lets an AI agent like Claude Code use the tool. All five, and BetterContact, also offer an API for your own code; OXYGEN, Clay and Deepline add a CLI for the terminal. OXYGEN, Deepline and pipe0 sell pay-as-you-go credits with no monthly plan; Clay, BetterContact and FullEnrich sell plans. Those credits never expire on OXYGEN or pipe0 and last a year or more on Deepline.

FullEnrich vs BetterContact: which is better for waterfall enrichment?

Pick BetterContact for the lower entry price and FullEnrich for an MCP server, personal emails and unlimited users. Both charge only for found, verified data, at 1 credit per email and 10 per mobile. BetterContact runs 20+ sources from $15 a month for 200 credits; from its $49 plan, it charges only for mobiles scored as likely to connect. FullEnrich runs 25+ sources from $29 a month for 500 credits, and unused credits roll over for 3 to 12 months.

Do I pay when nothing is found?

Not on Clay, BetterContact, FullEnrich or pipe0: each charges for a found value, and BetterContact and FullEnrich only for a verified one. OXYGEN's finders do too, but name-and-domain lookups also pay for guessed-email checks. Deepline says a miss on its account can still cost credits when an upstream provider bills the attempt. Email checks can cost credits too. On OXYGEN or pipe0, a call on your own provider key pays a small fee even on a miss.

How many providers does a waterfall need?

Order matters more than the count. Put the cheaper sources first, send only the rows still missing to the expensive ones, and verify every email before you send. OXYGEN's default chain works that way, with an aggregator as the last step, and you can change the order for any run.

Should enrichment and sequencing live in the same tool?

If one team finds the contacts and sends the outreach, yes: one tool saves the export, the field mapping and the sync. A reply can then update the record the data came from. OXYGEN works that way, with email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one sequence and a CRM built in. If your data feeds several teams and tools, a specialist such as FullEnrich or BetterContact plus your own sequencer is the simpler fit.

Can I use my own provider keys?

On OXYGEN, yes, from the $99 plan. Each step runs on your key or OXYGEN's account, and a step set to your key is skipped until you connect it. Clay takes your keys on every plan, Deepline adds no markup to the provider's charge and pipe0 charges a small fee per call. BetterContact and FullEnrich keep your own keys for Enterprise.

Which waterfall enrichment tool is cheapest per email found?

Deepline's pricing page lists email finding from 1.4 cents. BetterContact, FullEnrich and pipe0 find a work email for about 3 to 8 cents. OXYGEN averages $0.085 per email found and Clay about 1 data credit, from 5 cents each. OXYGEN pays off when the same workspace also runs the sequences and the CRM, with no second tool to reach the people you found.
