Context Engineering & the GTM Second Brain

Outbound Second Brain (lead magnet with the Skills)

Launching a new outbound campaign used to take me 3 hours. Now it's 4-5 prompts and 30-45min.

The difference isn't a better prompt. It's a second brain my agents read before every campaign.

A few weeks back I broke down our content second brain (that one blew up a bit). Turns out the exact same structure runs our outbound. And it compounds.

Every campaign used to start from a blank page. Now it starts from everything we've ever learned: every sales call, every reply, every closed deal, our ICP, our offer, our voice.

To be clear, this took me a while. Figuring out the right skills and the setup to actually make it work was the hard part. Let me save you that.

Here's the outbound second brain, in 5 parts:

1) raw/ -> immutable sources Sales call transcripts, every cold reply, won and lost deals, our ICP research. The agents read it, they never overwrite it. Ground truth.

2) wiki/ -> the compiled brain The agents read raw/ and write one short page per topic: ICP, offer, every competitor, the objections that keep coming up. Cross-linked in Obsidian.

3) index + log -> the memory index.md is what every agent reads first. log.md is an append-only history of every change. The difference between a memory and a folder of random notes.

4) qmd -> search A local search engine over the brain. The agents stop digging through files and just ask it: "what objections did we get on the last RevOps campaign?"

5) skills -> the output layer Every outbound task is its own skill, and each one reads the brain first: -> /build-tam to source the list -> /split-test-designer to slice it into clean A/B audiences -> /outbound-copywriter for the emails and LinkedIn DMs (our voice, pulled from our best replies) -> /spin-tags so the mass sends don't share a fingerprint

So now launching a campaign is 4-5 prompts. The agent sources the TAM, slices it, writes a personalised email per lead, and logs every variant back into OXYGEN, so the brain learns which angle actually books calls.

Same tools everyone has. Ours remember every call, every reply, every deal we've closed.

I packaged the whole thing up. The structure, the skills repo, the qmd setup.

To be clear, it's the template, not our live brain (that one's full of customer calls and our real ICP).
