The biggest mistake I see? People think you just post and it works. Posting is just step one of three.

Step 1: The content foundation.

My co-founder Philipp and I post 5-7x a week.

Hit every pillar 1x a week, like this I'm not overwhelmed what to post about.

But the biggest mistake people make is not understanding awareness stages:

→ Top of funnel goes viral, converts no one. → Bottom of funnel converts, but nobody sees it. → Middle of funnel builds the trust that turns attention into signups.

Step 2: Capture everything.

A post is worthless if the attention evaporates. So we run a workflow on OXYGEN that grabs all the intent signals:

→ Likers + commenters, every morning at 8:00 → Profile viewers, every Sunday → New followers + connections, every day

All into one unified table. Like this I know exactly who are the hottest leads in the funnel with multiple touchpoints.

Step 3: Qualify + reach out.

Each person gets enriched with firmographics and jobtitle and our AI scores them in these tiers:

→ Tier 1: dream accounts. I reach out by hand. → Tier 2: good fit. Auto-enrolled into an inbound-led sequence on OXYGEN. → Tier 3: not us. They stay warm for the next post.

The posts are just the top of the funnel. OXYGEN is everything underneath: the capture, the attribution, the outreach.
