How SF SaaS companies actually launch

I've been in SF for a few weeks.

The biggest difference between how SaaS companies launch here vs. in Europe: they launch the same product fifty times.

In DACH, the default is build for 18 months, do one launch, hope someone notices.

Here, the pattern is:

1. Launch before it's done. Open a waitlist. Validate demand first. The launch creates the pressure to build the thing properly.

2. Coordinate the same-day push. Product Hunt + X + LinkedIn + email, all timed together. It looks like the whole internet is talking about you at once. Manufactured momentum is still momentum.

3. Relaunch every milestone. New feature: launch. First 100 customers: launch. $100k MRR: launch. One product = dozens of launches a year.

4. Mobilize the network on cue. Investors, employees, friends who are founders, all posting the same day. The algorithm rewards volume and velocity. Coordinated beats organic.

We've been running this. Workflows launch. Blueprint launch. Native Sequencer launch. The Oxygen launch film. Same product. Different angles. New audiences every time.

Most founders launch once. The ones who win launch fifty times.

What's the biggest thing you've changed about how you do launches?
