Top 5 Claude Code use cases the top 1% GTM agencies built (moving off Clay)

I've talked to several top 1% GTM Engineering agencies.

Here are the top 5 Claude Code use cases they've built.

Even Clay enterprise partners are moving away. The reasons:

- New pricing model is too expensive - Their MCP is too limited - Doesn't scale past 50k records and isn't flexible enough

That's why they adopted Claude Code. My favorite use cases they're running:

1) CRM hygiene. Cleaning + deduping leads, enriching missing info. Closest to actual coding tasks, so Claude Code is really good at this.

2) Phone, email, and LinkedIn waterfall enrichment with verification. You can either use OXYGEN managed credits or bring your own subscriptions.

3) Custom scrapers for custom signals. Probably the strongest use case. You're not blasting from the same Apollo data everyone else has.

4) Vibe coded dashboards with Lovable or Claude Code. Conversion rate dashboards, signal stream dashboards, whatever the team actually needs.

5) CRM agents that do deep research before sales calls and turn the call transcripts into follow-ups + proposals.

I've also had a lot of conversations with people who haven't really touched Claude Code yet. They're asking:

- Is it even worth the time to learn? - Does it actually make you more productive?

Tbh, just get on the train and try it. Find one use case, ask Claude Code if it can solve it, and you'll likely have your first eye opening moment.
