102k impressions · 31 calls · 68 signups · the 3-layer Claude Code content engine
Last month: 102k LinkedIn impressions. 31 booked calls. 68 new signups.
I know it sounds cringe, but our content engine is ACTUALLY Claude Code powered.
Before the tech, one thing I gotta clarify.
Impressions are vanity. What counts is that they're from your ICP and that they actually convert.
But you can't convert if you're not seen first. So here's our 3-layer Claude Code setup that does both.
1) Research
The /researcher skill runs 3 modes:
→ Trend scan: what's hot on X and LinkedIn this week in our industry → Performance scan: what's already working on my own posts → Customer scan: themes and exact words from user interview and sales call transcripts
Output lands as Status=Idea in our Notion content DB.
2) Voice
A lot of people skip this part and that's why their posts sound like AI slop.
We pull my last 20 LinkedIn posts via Oxygen, sort by reactions, write them into a Tone of Voice file.
Every writer skill grounds in that corpus. We also have an AI Slop blacklist:
em dashes, delve, leverage, negation pivots
Result: Drafts which are 90% there
3) Production
9 writer skills do the actual drafting:
→ /linkedin-copywriter → /x-copywriter → /youtube-script → /long-form → /lead-magnet-creator → /repurpose (one webinar to 10 channel variants) → /graphics-designer (Claude Code is actually pretty good in graphic design) → /launch-video (Remotion + ElevenLabs) → /video-use (cut raw footage on word boundaries)
Open-sourced the whole thing. You can check it out here.
