Six months ago I'd have called building an AI CRM to take on Salesforce, HubSpot, and Attio the dumbest idea you can have. Here's why I now think it can actually work.

Everyone I talk to is fed up with their bloated CRM, and annoyed by Clay's new pricing model and lack of AI adoption.

The problems these incumbents have:

- Too much headcount for the age of AI - Bloated legacy codebase (in that sense slow iteration speed) - This results in them building "AI features" nobody is really using

Spending time in sf pushed me to think bigger. The odds any startup makes it are tiny.

Sam Altman's said:

"It's easier to do a hard startup than an easy startup"

A bold vision attracts more talent, investors and customers.

So we are building an AI sales OS that agents operate in. This means we unify:

- CRM - Context - Workflows - Sequences - Lead / Signal sourcing - Email / phone waterfall enrichment

The moat in GTM is your own data. The flywheel you build and double down on.

The problem with todays set it up, is that all this data lives in 10 different GTM tools and the agents need to fetch that messy data via MCP or whatever.

So we give you a database the agent can do whatever it wants with.

→ Objects: people, company, deals, users, workspaces → Column types: action columns, waterfall enrichment columns, AI columns → Workflows: let claude code build any workflow (because in the background it's all just code)

As a kid I was obsessed with Lego Star Wars. Same principle here. We manufacture the bricks, the agents assemble them for the humans.

When I started OXYGEN I knew I had to commit 5 to 10 years. Initially I couldn't think of a problem that would take me that long to build a proper solution for until I realised the market really needs tool consolidation.

So our CRM layer is officially live, let me know what you think:)
