Forward Deployed GTM Engineer offer · outcome-based pricing launch

All these AI SDRs who raised $17M will fail.

I say this as someone who built a LinkedIn AI SDR myself, so I'm not throwing stones from the outside.

AI SDR was never a real category. It's a new iteration on outbound tools, and that market commoditizes fast. Most of these companies are VC-pumped on tech they shipped 2 years ago: an AI workflow wrapped in a rigid box. The scene already moved on. Agents now work through CLI and MCP, and they're locked into what they built.

So we built OXYGEN, a GTM CLI and MCP.

We got great traction from the most cracked GTM engineers at the top agencies and YC-backed startups. But the majority of our inbound customers don't want a tool. They just want results.

And our product actually demands a cracked GTM engineer to run it. You need 3 things:

1) Your full GTM stack, connected. 2) You actually use Claude Code or Codex. 3) Enough scale that building a system like this is worth it.

Most of the market isn't there yet. And honestly, I'm not sure that gap should be bridged with even more tooling.

We love the tech. We're two nerdy guys who could build this stuff all day. But what actually matters is the outcome. The value we create. The tech is kind of a commodity, and we want to sit closer to the thing customers actually pay for.

So we're releasing a service tier with outcome-based pricing:

→ Email: per verified email delivered to the inbox → LinkedIn: per person actually contacted

You buy the outcome. We run the system. Agents do the volume, humans do the judgment, and at scale we drive the price way down.

And I genuinely think we're positioned for this better than most. I spent 2 years running GTM for an engineering-as-a-service company, so I know fulfillment. And we built the tech ourselves. Having both the service muscle and the tech in one team is rare, and it's what lets us run leaner and scale further than anyone holding only one half.

You don't need to become a GTM engineer to get the results of one.
