Building an AI-Native Company

Location matters · 2 weeks coworking with Philipp in Munich

As a startup, we have a 90% chance of failure.

The location you pick can make or break your odds.

I took a flixbus to Munich to build with Philipp in one of Europe's densest startup hubs.

2 weeks grinding from his apartment. Already shipping and selling at a pace you can't hit remotely.

Last SaaS, I made the mistake of going fully remote from a small village in Switzerland. Zero inspiration. Yes, you can do everything remotely nowadays. But should you?

In Munich, lunch is with founders you can learn from or sell into. Customers and investors a U-Bahn ride away.

June and July, OXYGEN moves to SF for the same reason.

Building a startup is already hard mode. Pick a location that stacks the odds for you, not against you.

If you're in Munich or SF, hmu :)

P.S. If you've seen the pull-up bar in the background, yes · we're trying to get jacked while our coding agents work.
