The honest truth: our goal isn't really activation for activation's sake. It's helping you get the most out of Claude Code for GTM.

If you're already using Claude Code for your GTM work (still the first thing most people need to be convinced of), OXYGEN is the natural next layer. It's the best enhancer of Claude Code for GTM.

So our core problem isn't "make people understand OXYGEN". It's "help people get off the ground with Claude Code in the first place".

Our new onboarding is built exactly around that:

We analyze your offer, market, and ICP. Generate a hypothesis. You review it, tweak it, save it. That whole context block gets loaded into your workspace so Claude Code knows who you are and who you sell to from the very first prompt.
