Every Sunday I bulk-create a full week of content
Every Sunday I sit down for ~5 hours and bulk-create a full week of content.
Last 30 days that I got 189k impressions, 57 booked calls and 129 new OXYGEN users.
This systems creates 5 LinkedIn posts, a lead magnet, the newsletter and a YouTube script (btw this system also edited the video lol).
Here's the 4-step system:
1) Ground Claude Code in your tone of voice.
I use OXYGENs LinkedIn integration to pull my top posts into a tone-of-voice file. On top of that I let it scrape posts from creators I want to emulate.
I also invested a lot of time into creating a blacklist of AI slop (like em dashes, "delve", "leverage", etc.) in my tone of voice file.
2) Skillify every step of the process and create a skill for every platform. Here are some examples.
→ /linkedin-copywriter + /x-copywriter for social → /newsletter-writer for the newsletter → /lead-magnet-creator → /youtube-script for video
Each one of those has reference examples it can pull from.
3) Create a central Brand.md
To make sure every part of your personal brand stays consistent and becomes recognisable you gotta have brand consistency.
The motion graphics in this video, the launch videos you've seen, this copy. All is pulling from these guidelines that Claude Code can actually create good and aesthetically appealing content.
4) Post engagers become outbound.
Getting impressions is the first step. It's very rare that somebody will just sign up or book in a call directly after seeing your content.
You gotta reach out to the qualified post engagers. For this I'm using OXYGEN to get the post engagers, score them and then enroll them into inbound led outbound campaigns.
Every Sunday I open Wispr Flow and ramble for a half an hour about the week.
- Wins, - What flopped - Learnings - Documentation of the systems I've built
This gives the agent enough context in combination with the skills, tone of voice and tools to create good content.
I recorded the entire build, start to finish.
