Inbound-led outbound (scraping post engagers on Oxygen)
I haven't bought a list in months.
Here's what we do instead.
Every day at noon, an OXYGEN recipe runs. It pulls every person who engaged with our LinkedIn content in the last 24 hours. Tim's account. Philipp's account. Every post.
Each engager gets ICP-scored. Not everyone who clicks "like" is a prospect. We're looking for founders of 4-50 person B2B SaaS or DACH mid-market companies. Score 0-100. The list ranks itself.
The top-scored people land in a prioritized queue. A human reviews before anything goes out. Not automated sends. Human-in-the-loop.
Then the outreach references the specific post they engaged with. Not "I saw you're in sales." Specifically: "I saw you commented on the second brain post. Are you running something like that for your GTM team, or still doing this manually?"
75% of our customers came in through post-engager flows, not cold lists.
Makes sense. They already raised their hand.
The full recipe runs inside OXYGEN. If you want to see how it's built, drop "engager" in the comments.
